Spruce up a birthday party, baby or bridal shower, hens’ night or any other celebrations with a private event chair massage! Prana’s team is experienced in treating guests to comprehensive on-site massages at just about any type of celebration. We work with small and large parties and offer five to 30 minute chair massages per person.
Appointments are scheduled by the hour or half hour, not per person. Example: if you schedule a two-hour private event chair massage and have eight guests, each person can receive a 15 minute chair massage. The time of each massage is dependent on how many guests are in your party and the length of time you book your appointment.
It’s your time, place, and event! You can decide how long you’d like each chair massage to last for your guests.

• Rates may vary slightly based on location. Parking fees will be added to locations when parking is not free or validated. Some locations will incur a travel fee.
• All appointments include all equipment required, relaxation music, aromatherapy aroma, and access to our online scheduler.
• Discounted rates available for monthly/weekly appointments and multi-day events.
• We also offer a 5% discount to non-profits and teacher/nurse appreciation events that are 3 or more hours long.

What we provide.
Basic Fitness Assessments
• Sub max aerobic step test that indicates an individual’s aerobic fitness and gives a benchmark for working towards improvements in cardio performance when re tested on a regular basis.
• Core Strength and Stability Test. This simple test working through range of movements engaging the trunk muscles in a plank and sit up position. This can give a good read on participants core strength and if core exercise prescription would be advantageous.
• BMI (body mass index) assessment is a non-evasive test used to analyse potential health status and outcomes.
• Push Up test is a simple and effective way to measure upper body strength and fitness and a great benchmark to work towards improvement.
• Flexibility Test. Working your team members through some basic range of movements will help calculate any areas of flexibility that needed to be addressed to assist in day to day or sports related movement and help negate any potential injury outcomes through hyper tight facia.
• Exercise Programming. Once basic fitness assessments are completed, our health and fitness professionals will then create an exercise program that your team members can follow. These programs can be followed on site if appropriate, at employees’ home or in a fitness facility.
• Re assessments and re programming. These can be done in a time frame that works in with your company’s schedule and gives our staff an opportunity to check in with yours to see progress. We recommend re assessments be done every 8 – 12 weeks.
On Site Group Exercise Sessions
• Dance Fitness – easy to follow classes that might include easy Zumba style moves such as Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Reggaeton, BodyGroove style dance, Belly Dancing and Line Dancing with a section of toning and stretching to finish.
• Strength Sculpt and Core
• Boxfit
• QiFlow – beautiful combination of Qi Gong, Tai Chi style movements, Stretching and Meditation
• Stretch and Meditation – half the session working on flexibility and mobility finishing with a meditation session.
• Pilates and Yoga style sessions
• Aqua aerobic Sessions or water-based activities.
• Any hi/lo impact free style classes utilising body weight as resistance, no equipment required.
• Outdoor training sessions at local parks and ovals etc
• Walking or Running Groups
• Team Building Activities. Organisation and facilitating team building activities and outdoor sporting events such as golf days, inter department tennis competitions, company and community triathlons, hiking events, walking/run clubs, kayaking etc.
